Loan Application & Processing

Once you find your dream home, your loan officer helps you complete the mortgage application. They’ll guide you through fees, down payment options, and any additional documentation.

Underwriting Assessment

The application then navigates through processing, where documents are reviewed, appraisals are ordered, and titles are examined. Finally, the underwriter thoroughly assesses the loan, ensuring it meets all requirements.

Closing Celebration

After approval, set up your homeowner’s insurance and prepare for the big day! At closing, you’ll sign final documents, pay closing costs, and officially claim your keys. Congratulations, homeowner!
